Budget 2017: Quality roads must be the result of funding announcement

Investment in roads must be spent properly and effectively to ensure value for money, Member for South West Coast Roma Britnell says.
“The community has worked hard as united voice to highlight the perilous state of our roads. We are now starting to see the results of that community campaign,” she said.
“Thanks to the community who have again proven we can shape the future of our great region if we work together.
“My job is now ensuring that this money isn’t wasted, is spent effectively and delivers quality roads for South West Coast.”
